Whether on a professional or community level, the activities of this experienced lawyer have had an impressive and positive impact. He is recognized as a highly skilled litigator and mediator, and his expertise is sought after nationally and internationally. He has also contributed enormously to the development of his profession, in particular as president of the Quebec branch of the Canadian Bar Association and vice-president of the Barreau du Québec. Very involved in his community, he has been especially active in protecting our cultural heritage and was the founding president of the Fondation de l'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
