    From 2003 to 2005, Chief Warrant Officer LeBlanc, regimental sergeant-major for all overseas Canadian Forces contingents, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of a series of commemorative events that spanned the globe and involved the highest levels of international government participation. Most particularly, Chief Warrant Officer LeBlanc’s dedication led to the success of both the 60th anniversary celebrations marking the end of the Second World War and the events held during the Year of the Veteran. Chief Warrant Officer LeBlanc’s commitment and determination have brought considerable benefit to the Canadian Forces and to Canada, both nationally and internationally.
