As the Canadian Forces prepared for the Gulf War, Major Rochefort accomplished three critically important projects for the wartime success of Canadian and American fighter forces. As a result of his determination, initiative, and professionalism, each project was accomplished rapidly. Together, they significantly contributed to the protection of coalition aircraft during the war.
