Warrant Officer Caron displayed remarkable acumen and resourcefulness as a line crew warrant officer with 2 Air Movements Squadron, Trenton, Ontario, from March to April 2022. Rigorously training a new and diverse team, he ensured efficiency and the timely airlift of over one million pounds of lethal and non-lethal freight to the logistics hub in Poland, to support Ukraine’s efforts to achieve mission success. Warrant Officer Caron’s innovative actions and leadership brought great credit to the Canadian Armed Forces.
