In his role as J Engr of Joint Task Force – Latvia from June 2020 to June 2022, Major Bouchard served as the project lead for the Camp Adazi Program of Projects. His leadership and initiative ensured that the simultaneous construction of six major projects got off to a rapid start, strengthening Canada’s credibility as a framework nation in the eyes of the host nation and international partners. By working with strategic-level leaders, Major Bouchard played a key role in the successful completion of permanent infrastructure projects in Latvia.
