From September 2020 to March 2021, Chief Warrant Officer Todd was deployed to Yavoriv as sergeant major of Joint Task Force-Ukraine. Notwithstanding a challenging COVID-19 environment, his tireless efforts and exceptional leadership in support of the advancement and development of the senior non-commissioned officer capability in the Security Forces Ukraine were unparalleled. His contributions will have an enduring impact on institutional reform and allied interoperability. Chief Warrant Officer Todd’s accomplishments during this period brought great credit to Canada.
