From August 2015 to June 2019, Sergeant Blindback demonstrated outstanding dedication to improving the Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Region Tactical Data Link capability. Leveraging his exceptional technical expertise and inspirational work ethic, he implemented new data link capabilities and integrated operations across multi-domain mission partners, as well as between Alaskan and Canadian NORAD regions. Sergeant Blindback’s unprecedented accomplishments had a significant impact on and dramatically improved NORAD command and control infrastructure.
