Lieutenant-Colonel Grand’Maison demonstrated remarkable leadership, dedication and creativity while leading a team responsible for building resource capacity within the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group in 2018. Her hard work led directly to an increase in staff and financial resources stemming from the strategic directions mandated, so that the organization could support more members who were injured, sick or in transition. Her organizational skills and expertise were key to establishing the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group.
