From 2015 to 2017, while serving with the Canadian Forces Electronic Warfare Centre, Corporal Savory demonstrated exceptional professional knowledge of and dedication to the Operational Electronic Intelligence (Op ELINT) mission. The Near Real-Time Electronic Anomaly Detection tool that he developed significantly improved the efficiency of time and personnel required to deliver actionable intelligence. Corporal Savory’s outstanding contributions have positively impacted the FIVE EYES ELINT community.
