After being diagnosed with depression, Jean-François Claude became an advocate for mental health. To overcome the stigma associated with this illness, he created The Men’s D.E.N., a blog for men to share messages of hope and to encourage others to talk about their experiences. He has since developed courses on mental health in the workplace and initiated the Men’s Mental Health Awareness Day in June in cities across Canada.
