    Designer, co-founder and the driving force behind "Ruban en Route", for several years Mr. Blais has devoted his time and energy to this project. Since 1994, he has been touring Quebec schools to break down prejudice towards HIV-positive individuals and to raise public awareness of HIV/AIDS amongst students. His goal is to teach young people how to prevent the transmission of this disease. He has promoted his cause through numerous media interviews for the radio, daily and weekly newspapers, as well as through television appearances. Mr. Blais is an excellent example of good citizenship, social conscience and determination for all Canadians.
