As chair of the Mon Sheong Foundation, Tim Kwan led the design and establishment of Mon Sheong Court, a series of culturally relevant residences for seniors in Chinese communities within the Greater Toronto Area. These life lease-model apartments ensure affordable housing, access to necessary supports, and suites designed to maximize well-being among its more than 2 500 residents. The popularity of the Court has enabled the expansion of the foundation and its roster of service offerings.
