Susan James-Belanger encourages inclusion and girl empowerment as a Guide leader with the local 2nd Riverview Guide Unit of Girl Guides Canada. She initiated a collection of personal hygiene items to donate to Crossroads for Women, a local non-profit organization that helps women and children in transition.
