Since 1979, Patrick L’Hermine has volunteered in many roles, notably as a soccer coach and a rehabilitation assistant. Through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, he provides free tax return assistance in French and has established partnerships with many francophone groups throughout Ottawa.
