As the lead volunteer in western P.E.I., Cliff Poirier has been working with Community Volunteer Income Tax Program for 18 years, helping individuals during the off-season to ensure they receive their benefits. He has been actively involved in his community all of his life, having taken on roles with organizations that span the domains of theatre, sports, health care and the church.
