For 20 years, Edgar Klassen has been coordinating tax clinics and training volunteers in and around Winnipeg on behalf of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program. He also serves on the boards of Bethel Place and the Mennonite Central Committee’s Thrift Store, where he volunteers once a week.
