Shortly after his retirement as a civil engineer, Bob Cocks became a member of the RCMP Veterans’ Association–Regina Division and the Friends of the RCMP Heritage Centre, where he became the first non-RCMP member of its board of directors. His managerial skills, thoughtfulness and thoroughness have benefited both organizations over the past 18 years.
