Since the ice storm of 1998, Jose Jacinto has been providing first aid treatment and training to the residents of Montréal’s South Shore communities. From his start as a member of St. John Ambulance Canada, to founding his own first aid group in 2007, he has been a vital and reassuring presence at countless sporting and cultural events in the area.
