Raynald Cloutier has been volunteering in his community for 60 years, notably with 4-H clubs, youth sports, his church and a Meals on Wheels program. He is also a founder of the Association d'amitié Canada-Niger, which helps newcomers settle into the region; through it, he established a pen-pal program between schools in Laval, Quebec and Niger, Africa.
