Jim Bourgoin has been an active volunteer with the Red Deer Legion for 30 years, regularly visiting veterans as part of the Outreach Visitation Initiative program since 2005. He further gives to his community by organizing curling tournaments and fundraising for programs that help people with intellectual disabilities.
