Since the early 1990s, Lyle Karasiuk has volunteered in various capacities for the Canadian Red Cross, most recently as a master instructor trainer in the first aid program. In addition, he has served his community through his sustained presence on a number of health and safety committees, as well as through his involvement in local fundraisers.
