For the past 45 years, Frank Brown has been involved with Cadets Canada, holding various positions at the group, area and council levels. Following his retirement, he became a member of the 99th Baden-Powell Guild, for which he served on the Blue Springs Scout Reserve Camp Committee and promoted conservation through the design and delivery of environmental education programs.
