For 21 years, Phyllis Jolley has volunteered with Grey Bruce Health Services and has been instrumental in their Story Hour program and day surgery unit. She has had a positive influence on new volunteers joining the hospital, and goes out of her way to coordinate their schedules and offer them experience-based advice.
