Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
Milton Brown has been the quintessential volunteer in Owen Sound for fifty years. He has always been active in the Kinsmen Club of Owen Sound and has been chairman of many fundraising activities. He was involved in the establishment of the Northern Lights Festival and was one of the early supporters of the Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival. "Brownie" has also delivered Meals on Wheels and canvassed for many charitable organizations.
