Stéphane Gauthier has been volunteering with the Association des scouts du Canada for over 20 years, notably as president of the Centre-du-Québec District. Known for his leadership and ability to build consensus, he has played a key role in a number of initiatives, including the amalgamation project that led to the creation of the new De l'Érable District.
