Audrey MacDonell has volunteered more than 6 700 hours at the Riverside Campus of The Ottawa Hospital since 1992, managing volunteer schedules and finances, and helping in the gift shop. Through the years, she has enhanced the experience of patients, staff, visitors and volunteers, and constantly endeavours to assist where she can.
