Melvin Douglas is passionate about the social development of youth and has served his community to this end for many years. His volunteer commitments include the Navy League of Canada New Westminster branch, where he has served as president since 2009, as well as the Fraser Sea Cadet Corps Alumni Association and the Royal Canadian Legion.
