Kelsey Robson is an active member of her school's Advisory Council, an ambassador for the Nova Scotia International Student Program, and has been nominated as the skill-building co-chair at the Nova Scotia Secondary School Students' Association conference. She participates actively in Free The Children programs, and helps organize events and fundraisers in Pictou County to support the Relay for Life, Friends of Trenton Park, the Michelin Family Picnic, Junior Bike and Glen Haven Manor.
