Jean-Charles Girouard has been donating his time to the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program for over 15 years. He prepares income tax and benefit returns for individuals who have a modest income, helping them to obtain the deductions and credits to which they are entitled. He was also responsible for the tax program at the Maison de Lauberivière for 10 years.
