Marie Bowerman has been a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society since 1979, serving in a variety of roles, from door-to-door canvasser to Relay for Life committee chair and coordinator of the Grand Dessert Night fundraising event. Her contributions have enabled the Society to fund life-saving cancer research, community education and patient support.
