Adam Hirt has been an active and outgoing volunteer with the Canadian Historical Aircraft Association in Windsor, Ontario. He has assisted as a tour guide at the local aviation museum, spearheaded the Lancaster Bomber Skins project and helped restore the organization's Lancaster FM212 Bomber.
