Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
David Austin St Amour has cared for his community in many ways. He has very generously supported World Vision, provided a women's shelter with automobiles and financial support, and donated 30,000 books to churches, libraries and prisons across Canada. A former Big Brother, he also donated his two horses to help children who are physically and mentally disabled enjoy the benefits of riding. In addition, to promote Canadian unity, Mr. St Amour co-wrote, produced and sang the song Let's Keep Flying Together.
