R. Thomas (Tom) Burley

Tom Burley has been a volunteer with the Victoria Foundation since 1997, serving in various roles and participating in several key initiatives. For over 30 years, he contributed his talents to the Victoria chapter of Ducks Unlimited Canada, first as its treasurer and then as chair. He has also taken on volunteer leadership roles with many other non-profit organizations.
