Governor General's Caring Canadian Award
Donald MacDougall has looked after the needs of his fellow veterans for fifty years through his work with the Harriston Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. He has also demonstrated his commitment to his community by driving for the Canadian Cancer Society and Meals on Wheels. In addition, he has served as a volunteer firefighter, refereed youth hockey, visited the local hospital and nursing home, and was an active member of his church.
