David Lay has been a reliable and self-motivated volunteer with the Navy League of Canada’s #53 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps and #24 Navy League Cadets Chambly for more than two decades. His mentorship has instilled self-discipline, self-esteem and leadership skills in fellow volunteers and youths alike.
