A World War II veteran, William Racine has been serving his community for over 45 years. He is a founding
member of the Saint-Romuald Lions Club, the Société Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Saint-Rodrigue, the Saint-Romuald
library and the Foyer Chanoine Audet Inc. He is also involved with Les Rythmiques de Saint-Romuald drum
and bugle corps, and the Société philatélique de Québec.
