For more than 35 years, Michael Gwalchmai has been fostering leadership and skill-building among the members of the 1st Dorchester Scouting group. He delivers weekly programming and coordinates camping experiences for youth, including the annual Dorchester International Brotherhood Camporee, which he helped establish in 1990.
