For nearly 50 years, Konstantinos Madonis has been dedicated to promoting soccer in Quebec, serving in leading roles for such organizations as the Association régionale de soccer Concordia and the Montreal Impact Foundation. As a member of the technical committee for the Quebec Soccer Federation, he coordinated the introduction of 4-on-4 and 7-on-7 game formats, which are credited with the popularization of the sport in the province.
