For over 30 years, Joseph Bishara Sr. has directed the Maple Grove & Yarmouth High School's Memorial Club, which helps generate a greater appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who have served in Canada's armed forces. He has also contributed to a number of local initiatives, including the Yarmouth Volunteer Fire Department.
