Since 2001, Cal Kowton has been a steady leader of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Canada, primarily due to his exceptional fundraising efforts with the annual Flame of Hope Harley-Davidson Raffle. He has attended numerous trade shows, coordinated ticket sales and helped out with other Special Olympics Edmonton events.
