William Redmond has been a volunteer with the Eastview Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion for 15 years, serving as president, helping with maintenance and visiting veterans in long-term care facilities. As the branch’s liaison officer, he has been instrumental in revitalizing the Ottawa-area zone’s financial support of the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre Foundation.
