For more than 20 years, Russ Kinghorn has undertaken volunteer leadership positions that have contributed greatly to the regulation of the engineering profession, notably as board president of Engineers Canada. He has also been involved in Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 1997, which oversees legislative and regulatory process changes to advance the field while protecting public interests.
