Janet Laba has dedicated more than 28 years to providing a welcoming environment at The Ottawa Hospital, volunteering twice a week at the Information Desk and the Intensive Care Unit. She has taken on leadership roles and special projects, and routinely demonstrates the core values of the hospital through her strong interpersonal skills and passion for helping others.
