Through his involvement with the Kiwanis Club of Liverpool, Edward Bulley has led a number of community service projects focused on youth over the past two decades. He established the Kiwanis Key Club at the Liverpool Regional High School and helps organize the annual Key Leader weekend for young participants throughout the Maritimes.
