Terry Birch has been an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion for the past 50 years and has served on the Executive Council as president. He volunteers in his community of Cornwall with people with disabilities and with veterans through such organizations as Different Abilities, Vista Centre Brain Injury Services, Red Ribbon Forces and Friends of Veterans.
