Retired school teacher Wendell MacLean has been selfless in ensuring the successful development of the Canadian Scottish Regiment. For 23 years, he has been instrumental in preserving the Regiment’s history and continues to showcase its heritage through his volunteer work with the Greater Victoria Police Pipe Band and Canadian Armed Forces.
