For over 40 years, William Racz’s contributions to Scouts Canada have provided local youth with guidance, learning opportunities and outdoor experiences along with international travel. With the Loyalist Youth Association, he served as treasurer and helped to organize fundraisers so that Kingston youth could enjoy outdoor adventures.
