Over the course of more than 25 years with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, Denise Douville has overseen tax clinics hosted by various partner organizations, in addition to spending up to 35 hours a week filing claims. In the last two years, she has become the official volunteer liaison with La Porte de l'Emploi and the Relais communautaire de Laval.
