Norma Elizabeth Duran has spent the last 23 years helping low-income individuals and new Canadians complete their tax returns through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program. Based out of the Comité d'éducation aux adultes de la Petite-Bourgogne et Saint-Henri, she has set an example for others with her knowledge and adaptability.
