For more than a decade, Alfred Burgoyne has been a part of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program with the Beacon Community Services at the SHOAL Centre for Seniors. He has also served as a board member on different commissions with the district of North Saanich such as the community stewardship commission and the environmental advisory commission.
